The warmth of wood, built to never warp
A moisture-sealed composite slat that shrugs off steam, splashes and full Texas sun — the standard recommendation for kitchens, bathrooms and every high-humidity room in the house.
Real wood look, zero real-wood problems
Each slat is a PVC-and-wood composite core wrapped in a UV-cured finish that reads as painted or stained hardwood. Where real wood absorbs moisture and swells, the sealed composite core simply does not — which is why faux wood is our standard call for any window near steam, splashes, or standing humidity.
Kitchens and baths, no warping
The sealed core resists steam and splashes that would swell or crack a real hardwood slat within a season.
Fade-resistant, west window or not
The UV-cured finish holds its color through years of direct sun, where a stained real-wood slat would yellow or bleach.

Choose your finish
Three quick choices below. They are not an order — they tell your designer exactly which samples to bring, so the consultation starts where you left off instead of at the beginning.
Step 1 of 3 — FinishThe brightest, most versatile finish — disappears against white trim and casing.
Eight of our eighteen faux wood finishes are shown here. Your designer brings the full sample book, plus real slats, to your window.
Choose your slat width
Wider slats mean fewer to dust and a bolder look; narrower slats fit tighter recesses and smaller panes.
Choose how you control them
Cordless is standard in homes with children. Motorization earns its cost on tall windows and rooms you would otherwise leave shut.
